About the President
The founder and President, Gina Brockamp began her career in Information Technology and Administrative Operational Management in 1990. She has a diverse background in industries consisting of various Los Angeles IT project management and consulting positions with local entertainment, mortgage, healthcare and software development companies as well as the staffing industry. Mrs. Brockamp has extensive training in Staffing, Human Resources, IT Management, Administrative Management and Finance.
She founded Encore Staffing Solutions, Inc., in January of 2000 recognizing the need for specialized personal attention in IT placement services. Where most companies are concerned with quantity, Encore is committed to value. Today, Encore is well respected in the Los Angeles temp staffing industry and continues to concentrate on personal and dedicated attention to each and every customer while providing the best value.
